We’ve also created a sweet set-up for your four-legged friends at Bell Stonebriar. Our pet-friendly apartments in Frisco feature an off-leash dog park to keep your furry pals feeling fine. We welcome your cats and dogs, with a maximum of three pets per apartment home. The pet fee is $500 per pet, with a monthly fee of $20 per pet. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds.
